Many CBD users feel that it works best when taken at the same time every day — in this instance, about 30 minutes before bed is a great place to start. Begin with the smallest suggested dosage, and increase incrementally if needed. However, it’s best to give your body a few days to adjust to the supplement before adjusting the amount.
