REBECCA HOLT
Owner & Pharmcist
Rebecca grew up in Tooele, Utah and graduated from Tooele High School. She loves Tooele and is happy to be back serving her home town community. Rebecca received her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Utah in 2007 and completed a clinical pharmacy residency in 2008 at Idaho State College of Pharmacy and has been working as a pharmacist ever since. She is a fourth generation pharmacist and takes a special interest in pharmacy compounding.
Becca had a dream to have a pharmacy that was proactive instead of reactive, and create a place that focuses on problem solving and patient advocacy – from that dream, Holt’s Pharmacy was founded. Becca’s favorite part of the pharmacy is our patients and helping save them money!
Her favorite color is purple, and she loves good conversation with friends and family. She enjoys vacationing to Carlsbad, California but would’t turn down any chance to explore somewhere new. Becca loves skiing, dancing, reading, working out and good food. She hopes that our patients will reach out to us anytime they need anything, and know that we are here for them. Becca emphasizes customer service to all of her employees, because she understands “there is no substitute for exceptional service!”
TRAVIS HICKOK
Co-Founder
Travis has been with Holt's Pharmacy from the very beginning. He had some experience starting and running businesses and was able to mesh this experience with Rebecca's dream to create Holt's Pharmacy. He is yet another of Holt's problem-solvers; there is no job too little or too big for him to tackle. He can often be seen running errands, building shelves, or helping Rebecca manage the business side of the pharmacy. He loves hearing the stories of all the people who have been helped by Holt's Pharmacy.
Travis’s favorite color is green. He enjoys reading books, especially non-fiction, and watching movies. He also loves watching YouTube to learn new skills and develop new talents. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with Rebecca like when he beats her at Dr. Mario or when they go skiing together. In addition, Travis works a few days each week practicing dentistry.
ALLISON
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Allison (Al) has been a certified pharmacy technician for 3 years and has been with Holt’s Pharmacy since the beginning. Al is the cofounder of our exclusive ProActive Medication Management system (PAMM). Allison was the first pharmacy technician to be part of Holt’s Pharmacy and really loves being able to save our patients money. When it comes to coupons, Al is the specialist of all specialists. She has a fantastic memory and really puts our patients first. Al enjoys the personal approach that Holt’s Pharmacy has, and getting to know our patients on a more personal level.
Al’s favorite color is purple, and in her time off she enjoys finishing her schooling, motorcycles, and spending time with her family. Al wants to make sure all of our patients have a chance to join our ProActive Medication Management to help make their lives easier.
HAILEY GLOVER
Pharmacist
Hailey grew up in West Valley City, until she moved to Phoenix for pharmacy school. Hailey graduated pharmacy school in June 2004, and has been a licensed pharmacist in Utah and Arizona for almost 12 years. She moved to Tooele with her husband in 2006 and has made it her home.
Hailey has been in customer service for over 14 years; she was a CNA for 3 years after high school before starting pharmacy school. She has worked in many retail pharmacies and hospital pharmacies but has found her home with an independent pharmacy. Hailey’s favorite part of Holt’s Pharmacy, where she’s worked since June 2015, is getting to be herself and being able to help patients the way she feels is best.
She also enjoys spending her days off with her children and husband. Hailey’s favorite color is blue, but she really enjoys her camo. Hailey loves hunting with her husband and spending time at her family’s ranch. Hailey loves potato chips, sea salt and chocolate caramels, and sour patch kids. Hailey wants to make sure her patients are always taken care of, and will do everything in her power to help them out!
LEAH
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Leah has been a certified pharmacy technician for 6 years, and has had an emphasis in compounding the entire 6 years. Before becoming a pharmacy technician Leah sold fruit at fruit stands. Leah enjoyed some time living in California before finding her way back to Utah and to Holt’s Pharmacy in February 2015. Leah is our lead compounding technician and is one of the best we could ask for! For Leah, our friendly patients, her hardworking coworkers and being able to save her patients money is what makes Holt’s Pharmacy great.
Leah loves watching movies, the Academy Awards, and spending time with her husband. One of her goals that she shares with her husband is to watch all the Best Picture winners of all time. Leah wants our patients to know how important the relationships are that we build with the doctors’ offices in town and with our patients, which are valued by the entire pharmacy staff.
BECKY
Certified Pharmacy Technician
Becky is our newest and most experienced pharmacy technician with 12 years of tech experience and 2 years of compounding experience. Although newer to the team, Becky loves how personable we are with each of our patients and that we can take the time needed to take care of each individual patient. Becky understands that in some retail pharmacies, patients do not get the time that is needed to have their questions answered, and has made it her goal to make sure our patients get their questions answered and leave the pharmacy feeling better then when they walked in. Becky loves the color green, and eating spaghetti with her 2 kids and her husband. She enjoys reading and traveling, especially to Massachusetts. Becky would like our patients to know that at Holt’s Pharmacy they will always have advocates on their side.
